There’s a powerful surge that is brewing on a small island in East Asia. A rhythm and culture that has crossed oceans and continents. Men, women, and children are moving to the pulsing beats of hip hop to release their pent up energy, find their identities, their courage, and fulfil their dreams. This is a story of John and his dancers, on a quest to out-perform and out-dance their competitors in battle, but they must do it on foreign soil, with different players, different rules, and where the winners are judged entirely by their ability to win the audience.
