Ghost Town I
Mixed media on canvas
48" x 36"

As a visual artist who travels between the digital and analog worlds, I love working on films that allow me to experience different people, cultures that keeps me updated on recent technological trends. At times though, I desperately miss the smell of the paint, the texture of paper, the isolation when I create, and the intimacy between my work and myself. I travel not only between art worlds, but also the physical ones. The constant moves between different countries, the inability to keep what are considered essentials, not having a sense of belonging and having things get lost in translation have all led me to question and redefine the definition of “home”.
